Mr. Villalobos possesses over 15 years of experience in government construction and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Mexico State University. Mr. Villalobos spent over 10 years working the JOC (civilian and contractor) at White Sands Missile Range, Fort Bliss, Dyess and Sheppard Air Force Base and has extensive knowledge in UPB, Timberline, and RS Means estimating. In addition Mr. Villalobos has experience in total contract management, negotiating (with government and contractors), subcontractor procurement, and purchasing and procurement of project materials.
Under the direction of Mr. Villalobos Beacon Services can manage and construct multiple projects with multiple disciplines at any given time.
