Transportation- Beacon Services has past experience in providing all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary for the purpose of operating the transportation motor pool at Fort Bliss, Texas. Other duties include vehicle and equipment dispatch and operation, fleet management, coordination of maintenance for leased vehicles, credit card management, and driver testing and licensing.
Central Issue Facility- Beacon Services has provided personnel to the Central Issue Facility at Fort Bliss, TX. Duties of Beacon personnel included: providing all aspects of technical supply management work (e.g., inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization) related to a depot level, or installation level supply activity. Work usually covered multiple classes of supply and several different commodity areas or functional areas in planned customer support.
Administrative Support- Beacon Services has provided administrative support to the 108th Brigade that included duties such as: Answering phones, maintaining phone rosters, maintaining the Commander’s calendar, coordinate the Commander’s travel schedule, edit written materials, order supplies, and other duties assigned.
